As a continuation of an analysis of the Venice Hospital by Le Corbusier, the placement and creation of a meditation space was used as a project to explore light conditions. Zenithal Light exists as a created overhead system. It subjects one to a sense of a luminous, heavenly presence above shining into the space, decorating it with light. Zenithal light can occupy forms in both the second and third dimensions and is a powerful way to illuminate a space.
