[Georgia Tech | ULI Hines Competition]
[Partners: Kai Wang, Mason Gaines, Devon Erikson & Vince Parisi]
The 2025 ULI Hines Competition was my first experience with a national competition, as well as a real-estate competition. As part of a team of five, my role was to create the 3D modeling, visual graphics, and presentation layout and material. Our team consisted of two financial leaders, Mason and Devon, one city and regional planning member, Vince, and two designers, myself and Kai.
This experience taught me valuable lessons about how to communicate, coordinate, and work efficiently and effectively with team members outside of the architectural profession -- a look into the real-world implications of construction projects.
ANCHOR supporting community, expanding opportunity.
"The central theme of the Connecting Cleveland 2020 Citywide Plan is to “create connections between people, places, and opportunities”. The plan outlines goals to create mixed-use town centers, become a city with an accessible lakefront, and foster a diversity of housing and opportunities.
Anchor is built on these principles. It leverages a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to bridge the historical barrier separating St. Clair Superior from Lake Erie while acting as an economic and social anchor for the City of Cleveland."
