My time at Tsark Architecture allowed me to be involved in the design of a few proposals for potential projects on the Florida Institute of Technology campus in Melbourne, FL.
Florida Institute of Technology - Health and Wellness Center
(Design Altered after internship; Currently in development)
This ~14,000 sq. ft structure would be the new home for the campus's current health and wellness needs. The program is a split-purpose floor plan, offering health services on the first floor and wellness services on the second floor. The project features numerous exam and discussion rooms, a second-floor balcony/outdoor space, and a pet therapy room for students and faculty alike.

F.I.T.'s
As a symbol of the campus's new generation of both faculty and campus life, the ~118,000 sq. ft student center would be the go-to destination for incoming visitors as well as a place for students and faculty to come to relax, study, and eat. The program features several classrooms, a food court, study rooms, and offices for faculty.
The new lawn would replace the current design on F.I.T.'s campus. The design takes on an oval shape as a way of speaking to the student center but also allows for circulation around the large lawn space. The lawn itself would offer seating opportunities, play, and the holding of events.
