Through four separate submission phases, our team was responsible for designing and creating a construction document set for a library in Portland, Oregon utilizing Revit. This project was meant to have our team understand a building's design development beyond the architectural lens we've been accustomed to, and understand the need for revisions and communications between the various professions that work on a construction project.
Each phase revolved around a specific element of the building's design: Phase 1 - Architecture, Phase 2 - Structural, Phase 3 - MEP, with the fourth and final phase being for revisions. In the construction set are various graphical representations of the library by means of plans, sections, elevations, and isometrics.
